An institutional membership is an annual, department-wide, digital license purchased by a university, music library, or voice department on behalf of its faculty and students. Rather than requiring individual singers or professors to buy personal copies of sheet music and practice materials, a single institutional membership grants the entire voice area authorized access to our complete digital library or a single collection resource (e.g. 24 Mexican Songs and Arias).

Once enrolled, all enrolled students and faculty are fully licensed to download, study, teach, and perform the repertoire in studio lessons, masterclasses, juries, degree recitals, and competitions without additional per-student fees or copyright permissions.

Full Memberships provide complete access to over 531 downloadable digital assets designed for immediate curricular adoption:

• Critical Sheet Music Transpositions: Approximately 315 score editions engraved specifically around secondo passaggi regions across Soprano, Tenor, Mezzo-Soprano, Baritone, and Bass/Contralto classifications, complete with pedagogical phrasing notes and diacritical markings.

• Native Diction Audio: 144 spoken pronunciation tracks recorded by native Mexican Spanish and native Italian vocal specialists.

• IPA & Translation Guides: 72 downloadable guides featuring International Phonetic Alphabet transcriptions, word-for-word translations, and idiomatic poetic translations.

• Musicological Framing: Contextual composer biographies, historical analyses, and pedagogical leveling guides for voice studios, literature seminars, and diction courses.

Our institutional agreement provides a broad, department-wide educational license. Music/Schools/Libraries/Universities hold full, non-exclusive rights to download, study, teach, and perform all works in private lessons, studio classes, masterclasses, juries, recitals, and competitions with zero per-piece reprint or performance licensing barriers.

Once an institutional membership is purchased, access begins on the 1st of the following month. The library or institution receives dedicated passwords for each song page, allowing liaisons and catalogers to integrate the songs or collections directly into their university digital databases and library discovery systems.

These access passwords remain active for the duration of the institutional membership. If an annual membership lapses or is not renewed, a 30-day grace period is provided, after which the access passwords will be reset.

• Option A (Single Collection): Grants complete access to one chosen anthology (such as 24 Mexican Songs & Arias, including its 108 transpositions, 48 audio guides, and 24 IPA guides) with full studio and classroom teaching rights.

• Option B (Complete Institutional Bundle): Grants unlimited access to all current anthologies (24 Mexican Songs & Arias, 24 Bel Canto Songs & Arias, and original 24 collections) as well as all new anthology releases published during your active subscription year at no additional charge.

Pricing is scaled transparently by active student enrollment so institutions only pay for the size of their program.

• 1–15 Student Users: $55/year (Option A) | $75/year (Option B)

• 16–30 Student Users: $110/year (Option A) | $150/year (Option B)

• 31–45 Student Users: $165/year (Option A) | $225/year (Option B)

• Larger Programs: Scale at +$55 (Option A) or +$75 (Option B) per block of 15 additional students (up to 100+ users).

Memberships run for twelve (12) months from the date of activation and renew automatically each year at the established tier rate. To maintain affordable non-profit rates and reduce administrative overhead, accounts are secured with an institutional credit or debit card on file. Renewals can be adjusted or cancelled in writing up to 30 days prior to the annual renewal date.
